Red Curry Beef and Green Peppers Recipe

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
1 lb beef round tip steaks
2 green bell peppers, cut into strips
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Methods:
1. Cut beef into strips.Set aside.
2. Heat oil in skillet or wok on medium high heat.
3. Add Red Curry Paste and stir-fry briefly to soften and blend.
4. Add beef and stir-fry 3-5 minutes.
5. Add green pepper,Fish Sauce and sugar. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
6. Serve with Jasmine Rice.
