Chicken with Peppers and Basil

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons minced red chili peppers
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
2 lbs skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
Methods:
1. In stir-fry pan, combine oil, minced red chili peppers, garlic and Fish Sauce.
2. Over medium heat, cook together for 2 minutes.
3. Add basil leaves, chicken, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and green bell pepper.
4. Stir-fry until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
